What are Fly Cruises?
Fly & Cruise is a package that combines flights and transfers with your cruise. With MSC’s Fly Cruises you can sit back and relax as soon as get off the plane. Once your relaxing cruise holiday is over, you will be transferred back to the airport for your flight home.
How can I book a Fly Cruise?
You can simply book your Fly & Cruise package directly on MSC Cruises website. During your cruise booking you can add a direct flight for a safe and guaranteed boarding on the cruise. We will offer a list of best flight schedules that aligns with the cruise embarkation and disembarkation.
What happens to the luggage with Fly & Cruise?
The luggage follows the same flow as on a usual flight. In case of delays or losses, our dedicated staff will support you to ensure a smooth trip.
What happens if the flight company loses my luggage?
We trace your luggage in case of handling error by delivering it directly to your cabin. In such case, please inform the LOST & FOUND Office to fill in a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Note that customs regulations in some countries require you to be present when luggage is returned.
What is the luggage allowance?
It differs according to the destination, flying companies and the type of flight classes selected. Please find below the luggage allowance for each airline we operate with:
- British Airways: baggage Max 23kg
- Easyjet: baggage Max 23kg
- Vueling: baggage Max 25kg
- Airlingus: baggage Max 20kg
- Jet2: baggage Max 22kg
What if the flight is delayed or the departure time changes?
We will rearrange your travel schedule to get you on board the cruise as soon as possible. In case of flight delays, your cruise will not be lost.
Will I receive assistance at the airport?
There is dedicated assistance at airports assuring a trouble-free start to your journey. You will receive a Helpdesk number, available to answer your travel queries from 3 hours before your flight.
